      Outdated systems, unprofessional management. Good if your face fits. Zero progression No performance related pay rise. No impetus to work hard, staff generally apathetic

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
