      Pros

      No salary delays. You get basic benefits that are due for an employee. Trainings.

      Cons

      They give you other titles/responsibilities and don't get paid for it. It's hard to take PTO because we're understaffed and the management refuses to hire.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
