      Very good place to start. Good teaching and very strict in regards to GMP. Good people. Open for suggestions and ideas.

      Salary can improve. A bit unorganized in some areas (personally) Have room to improve

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
