Senior leadership struggles to unpack executive vision into clear, actionable direction, often treating their functions as personal experiments rather than aligned team efforts. This has fostered selective attention toward a few individuals while hard-working engineers and other contributors are frequently overlooked in performance evaluations and opportunities-fueling repeated restructurings, team instability, dissolutions, distrust, mismatched and irrelevant performance review processes, neglected areas, and persistent daily frustration with no near-term resolution visible.
