there is always extra work

Cons

boss is unfair, rules only apply to certain drivers,pay has a cap off for 10 years experience,so if you have 20 years you're getting the same pay as someone who has 10 years. They will hire and train anyone,not just moms and retirees.

Pros

Good pay, great for moms, extra work available.

Cons

Management does not have experience in what we do . They do not lead they boss not knowing what they are talking about. Many times more than not they are very disorganized rattling on and on. Management does not hold a cdl. When management gets bad there is no where or no one to turn to for help - upper management never comes around nor are we able to talk to them to get any answers or help.
