Pros
Large company with a lot of resources. The name is synonymous with quality & reliability most of the time. Company stands behind it products. Great job for someone new in sales, however training is weak.
Cons
Manipulation of the quotas and sales numbers. Don't value one of their most important assets the sales force. If you live in a top 20 cities you will need another income for your household. Compensation & salary based on Midwest cost of living.
