Low pay, advancement to next pay grade was a joke. Manufacturing moved to Mexico, every new piece I worked on from there was junk a call almost once a week. My area was left without a tech for several months so needless to say none of the PM's got done and if you don't do the PM's on steris equip you're f'ed.
