      Awesome benefits, employee owned, accrue stock with tenure, great coworkers and bosses. Yearly raises.

      Cons

      Company does not match 401k, but stock ownership makes up for it.

      Good pay, but offset by no annual bonus. Lots of resources to draw on as a strong multidisciplinary firm. Big projects.

      Cramped office, Cheap toilet paper.
