More concerned about Board members and Executive staff - Anonymous employee STV Employee Review

Unfortunately, this company acquired a smaller private engineering firm that always put their billable employees first. Since that acquisition, there have been an exponential number of people promoted to a VP, Board, Director, or Executive position with little justification on why we need so many people in these higher positions. The concern for employee retention is minimal.
