      Health benefit is perfect. 401K match is good. Vacation is good.

      Cons

      Very slow in adapting new Technology. Lots of office politics involved. A lot of incompetent managers. Not open to innovation.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
