      Pros

      Can be better and more focus on job than politic. Don't simply mingle with other people matter without knowing the fact.

      Cons

      Too political. Top management team just busy politic activities more than doing their tasks. Should change the top management to a more ethic top leader than a less quality leader.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
