      Too many changes difficult to promote Unwilling to compensate(remote/office) for employees who have made an impact Unable to retain talent for a long period

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
