Pros

Here you will meet many incredible people that make it a place to want to continue to work in, this is the best part of the job There is a lot of ability to move into different departments and roles laterally

Cons

So much has changed (for the worst) in the last 3 years. There are some great managers and some REALLY bad ones… sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you don’t Flexibility is becoming more and more narrow. It used to be really flexible schedule wise, now they track your every move and remain vague about any details to keep you on your toes. They also are slowly increasing the days required in so it’s not even a strong benefit compared to lots of other companies that require less days or have full remote options The office culture used to be so fun and more family oriented (there are still some great people here but overall even the good ones have had their morale squashed). It’s become a very negative place in terms of office culture Upper management is probably the worst. There is no clear direction, quarterly reorgs have become “normal”, and they play with jobs like it’s Monopoly money If you are looking for a decent salary, best to look elsewhere. Benefits are also on par with a lot of other organizations if not worse now There is also zero training or proper onboarding to the job so good luck figuring out what you are supposed to do It’s really all a mess and it’s sad because I used to love working here

Pros

Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

Cons

Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
