      Good company to get started but not for more experienced software engineers. Good benefits for expats also including EPF and annual bonus.

      Cons

      Very less or No increments for few years.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
