      Work life balance is top tier here Very flexible working hour. You can clock in anytime and no one will bother. Flexi benefit can claim flights tickets, optics, and others.

      Cons

      They really discourage overwork. So don’t expect any OT. A bit slow career progression. But can jump internally for promotion.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
