Pros

Generous time off policy A LOT of communication from executive management Mostly casual dress code Friendly people Easy to hide if you're mediocre but need a paycheck

Cons

Hard to really affect change Not what I would call an innovative company (processes and development thinking is still 10+ years behind) If you're an employee with a lot of time in don't expect a raise, but understand that new hires with a lot less experience and knowledge will be paid more than you since raises are non-existent Way to much bureaucracy to get real work done, a TON of poor decisions by middle management trying to look like they have a clue The shining example of people being promoted to their highest level of inadequacy

Pros

Friendly coworkers and managers Good PTO Hybrid work schedule

Cons

Frequent layoffs Unreasonable work expectations No upward movement Low pay vs market Some departments don’t abide by hybrid expectations, so your team may be there 9-5 three days per week while another team shows up once or twice a week for only a few hours. Overly focused on AI while the stock still underperforms.
