Pros
The job environment is good, the salary is good, and the office is a comfortable place to go to work
Cons
There's a lot of unnecessary bureaucracy, a lot of "respect that chain of command" outdated thinking, and sometimes the managers with 15+ years of experience have no better idea than you on how to address and resolve the incoming pressuring matters. Not a company I would work for again, except under great need.
