Pros

Great benefits - start with 3 weeks PTO. Decent pay.

Cons

Management is clueless and too busy for their employees. Asking for help will label you as non-motivated and lacking initiative. Onboarding success is dependent on your manager's competency and could potentially be a complete disaster. WFH policy is arbitrary and not standardized. Some departments emphasize 'butt-in-seat time' as a measure/requirement of productivity yet do not talk to their employees all day.

Friendly coworkers and managers Good PTO Hybrid work schedule

Cons

Frequent layoffs Unreasonable work expectations No upward movement Low pay vs market Some departments don’t abide by hybrid expectations, so your team may be there 9-5 three days per week while another team shows up once or twice a week for only a few hours. Overly focused on AI while the stock still underperforms.
