The employees are amazing - I made more friends and worked smoothly with more people at Sabre than any previous employer. Benefits are excellent, plus a long list of perks (at headquarters). Wide variety of technologies and opportunities. Travel industry is strong and growing, and Sabre is the biggest & best in that business. Very strong corporate commitment to social responsibility.
Cons
Work/life balance is poor in most divisions - days and weeks are long and stressful with no real breaks. As with most large companies your job satisfaction will have a lot to do with your manager; I had both career-high and career-low experiences. Raises, when given, tend to be small. Recent near-total turnover in leadership across the company has destabilized senior management.
