      Decorate cakes, help customers enhance their party experience.

      Cons

      Poor management, toxic work environment, repetitive motion, heavy lifting up to 50 pounds most of it has to be lifted high above your head. High expectations on completion of work without the labor hours or enough employees to achieve goal. Don’t let things be empty but don’t go overtime…

      Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

      Cons

      When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
