      Great people, respected company, diverse workforce, community giveback, and the opportunity to learn and work in different parts of the company

      Cons

      Formal dress code and 8 to 5 environment, silo driven, reactive strategy, below par salary, uneven workload from one department to another, titles and salary are not evenly matching up to job responsibilities.

      Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

      Cons

      When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
