      Make your own schedule (to an extent)

      Cons

      No ability to manage union employees. They do what they want. Take off when they want. You can't do anything about it. At all. They'll tell you that you can and then run and hide when you try to enforce.

      Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

      Cons

      When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
