This is a company full of lazy, low-skilled workers. Most of the IT Support is outsourced overseas, and the critical business systems are from the 80s. The company culture encourages skilled workers to leave the company out of frustration and encourages the lazy, low-skilled workers to stay and perform at minimum expectations without fear of termination.
