      Pros

      Job security, there are not enough decorators so they probably wont fire you for not meeting all expectations

      Cons

      No extra hours to train new people so they usually get frustrated and don't stay long. Too much is expected of the decorator on top of production. There is not enough time/hours available/decorators to accomplish what they want you to do most of the time.

      Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

      Cons

      When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
