      Many chances for promotion. Hard workers are noticed. Almost all of employees are carrying, they work to achieve a family based.

      Hours, seems hours are a big problem. Over hiring possibly.

      Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

      Cons

      When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
