      Pros

      They offer health benifits, limited dental, payed vacation, 3 floating holidays and a fair salary and advancement is available to those who truly desire it.

      Cons

      the mid-management team is, in some cases , less than adaquate at they're jobs. Training for new responsibilities falls short of adiquite.

      Fun job for some exercise, and possibly shopping for yourself

      Expectations are constantly increasing, management often doesn’t understand the needs for the department
