Pros
The corporate culture is formal yet it is easy to assimilate. Facilities are very nice, and the equipment provided is up to date and high quality. The employees are friendly and will go out of their way to help.
Cons
It appears that some type of a matrix is used to determine promotion based on gender and race attributes. There are target percentages set as goals for the business units. Depending on where you fall on this matrix, it could be difficult to get a promotion. Cost of living raises don't keep pace with inflation.
