      Pros

      My coworkers are great. My store director is great. However I left a store that was the total opposite. We as leaders need to set the tone.

      Cons

      Of course hours. That's it. They gave me 12 hours to deep clean my whole dept. It would take 3X that the get it done.

      Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

      Cons

      When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
