      Pros

      -A lot of young employees, so there are people your age that you can relate to. (if you are young that is) -If you do a good job, and have the support you need, you can move up rather easily.

      Cons

      - due to competition or ppl who are "promised" the promotion, sometimes you interview for no reason other than to get rejected. - sometimes you feel stuck in certain departments and it is hard to move around

      Pros

      A majority of the employees were great to work with. Benefits are great while you're in the union.

      Cons

      inconsistent hours, horrible pay, unsafe working conditions due to building is actually falling apart. No discipline or accountability for emplyees who refuse to follow company policies. Corporate impossible to get in touch with.
