Pros
Safeway is exactly what you expect from a retail job. You deal with customers, listen to what they want even if it's unreasonable, and get through the day trying not to get in trouble. It wasn't bad, it wasn't great.
Cons
The worst part about it was that they tried to gimp me on my hours since I had a limit of 24 hours, but they constantly tried to schedule me for 40. I ran an entire starbucks kiosk with a team of three, and they expected to keep it up fifteen hours a day. I'm not quite sure what was stopping them from just hiring more but the fact that it went on for several months led to me quitting.
