*scheduling is awful. Regularly have all closing shifts one week. Then all opening shifts the next. Sometimes have both opening and closing shifts in the same week alternating. How am I supposed to sleep. * they will constantly not move employees over to more desireable departments, and instead hire new people into them who just quit or get fired anyways, despite long time employees begging to be moved from front end. * oh you were invited to an event? Should of thought of that 2 weeks ago before you even get your schedule because good luck getting it off now. * your schedule will be different every single week unless you are in management. *as a PIC you are expected to make everything work with an actual skeleton crew and if its not done you will hear about it every time. * you're forced to solicit every single customer for donations during certain campaigns multiple times per year. And you have to meet the minimum amount or you have to sit in a conference call with corporate like detention if you're PIC or higher. *our store let's customers get the digital deals without the app, so you have to hold up the line and do all the math manually
