      Pros

      -Team was full of great people -Great benefits if you stay for 1+ year -Very social, get to know customers and fellow Safeway staff very well

      Cons

      -Highly inconsistent work: days could either be dead or you could be running around the store -Customers can get upset at you for store errors that are not your fault (ex. out of stock on requested groceries)

      Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

      Cons

      When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
