Pros
To start off, I'd say the people at Salsify are a huge asset - there are tons of great people who work hard & also know how to enjoy themselves/keep it relaxed. Most hold a strong team-first mentality & the company culture is open and welcoming. The product is miles beyond any competition out there, and it's pretty awesome to see it continue to evolve. The exec team is very accessible and has unparalleled vision. Most of upper management is awesome. This company has it's sights set sky high, and, from what I've seen, there isn't much standing in the way of getting there.
Cons
Sometimes communication from management to the different teams can suffer. Because we're still a startup, expectations always change and sometimes a clear level of communication isn't there.
