Non existent culture. Suck up to long timers to get promoted. No value for title. Extremely top heavy - Almost everyone is a "Director" or above. Low level cronies of certain Directors have no knowledge whatsoever of the products they manage, have 5+ employees leaving within a short span and still get promoted. if you come from a good company or went to great schools and have had a good career, joining SanDisk is kissing your career goodbye.
