      Friendly people, basic large bank environment

      Cons

      Don’t trust anyone if not “in” with right crowd from manager right up to director level just lip service- promised to”work it out” “don’t worry” - “no need to get HR involved”. Get HR involved!!

      Bonus based on performance. The company always put on events for the employees. Great work environment
