I am a 20 + year banker who has worked for many banks in that time. I had heard good things about Santander so decided to post a resume' about a job I was interested in. The HR experience was excellent throughout the process leading up to the offer letter. I find the bank has a very good environment-treating employees well and open to new ideas Very happy so far.
