      Pros

      Working the night shift with it's small allowance and low call-rate is a bonus to working during the very awful day shift!

      Cons

      A distinct lack of competence and efficiency in major areas! Service is even poorer to the Santander/Konecta employee then it is to the Customer and that's saying something!

      Bonus based on performance. The company always put on events for the employees. Great work environment

      Work long days. And sometimes weekends. Not much room for growth
