7yThank you for your review! We are happy to hear you are having a positive experience working with us. Employee benefits is something we continuously work to make even better. Due to recent changes in our paid time off (PTO) policy, employees have now received extended vacation days! Our new, enhanced 2019 PTO schedule provides five additional PTO days to employees with more than three years of service, based on service anniversary year. The new PTO schedule will accelerate the years of service required for the next increment of additional PTO days.
So for those with 1-2 years of employment receive 15 days, then for 3-4 years you receive 20 days. 5-9 years is 25 days, and 10+ years is 30 PTO days per year.
