    Great people to work with, employee discount, some management

    Cons

    Poor attitude toward employees from corporate, no real sense of longevity for company, no raises, uses money to update training but not for employees, store is mostly dead

    Corporate needs to realize that the associates are the main building blocks for the company. Recognition at bottom level is need to boost moral...
