Flexible Schedule No consequences for poor performance Pay

Cons

Senior Leaders lack retail experience, don't understand their customers or their employees. Priorities change weekly, never include sales performance, associate retention/development, or brand reinvention. Too much time spent on finding the next great technology that can be sold off.

Pros

great people, easy to make friends, lots of variety of work. Training on how to bulid rapport with customers.

Cons

Direct reports require a certain amount of sales without offering any ways of measuring effort. Favorites are played by management.
