      Need to learn from the ground up . Most of upper level management has been brought over from different departments and offer little support from lack of knowledge and training.

      *No slip seating *Can choose what time you want to start your day

      Cons

      Does not fix trucks. Many things are "past due" on the trucks... Write ups get ignored, the truck does not get repaired. They'll leave you without A/C. They play favorites & there is nepotism. The "boss" screams at you like an ignorant drunk rather than speak with you in a mature adult manner. There was a very good man in charge but unfortunately (for us) he left.. but you have to do what's best for you.
