Select Energy Services interview questions

After completing, and submitting my application online, I was informed to standby for a callback. After receiving a call back whenever you were set up, I had a face-to-face interview I was very detailed and on time.

Applied online through the company website, received an interview invitation with the hiring manager, accepted the date and met through Teams. I felt since the beginning was time wasting. The hiring manager was keep asking questions wether was technical or typical interview questions, however, the technical questions wasn’t something hard, but it showed me that the hiring manager has no technical knowledge at all about the position, and it seems he googled the questions before he met me. Anyways, in the end of the interview, I asked the hiring manager so simple questions about the company so I can know where I’m getting into if I was selected, the hiring manager stated that he was new hired and doesn’t know the answer and doesn’t know much about the company. He knew I flet something wrong is going on, if the hiring manager doesn’t know about the company how can I predict my future in the this company and what would be the next within this job. And how even he get hired if no technical knowledge and company history knowledge. After a couple questions I asked him he ended up he doesn’t have much time and he has to end this interview because he has another meeting.
