Pros

If you're new to insurance it will be a good stepping stone to a better company

Cons

Theres no leadership what so ever... the management motto should be "pass the buck" because the offer no helpful advise other then "heres how to stay off a list". The work load is insane... theres an average of 280 pending, but that doesnt include record only! Add an additional 80 to 120 record only files and the work product becomes sub par. Oh and in a recent meeting the so called ceo armstrobgstates "I had no Iidea our customers were 80% spanish speaking"... seriously... also the worst insurance plan I've seen a company have... it'd be cheaper to not even have the insurance and pay everything out of pocket.

Pros

Multiple office locations across the country Hybrid system for those that like to be in office

Cons

Poor communication Low pay compared to other industry positions Software is old and outdated Positions that are typically salary are hourly based Most "surveys" to gauge employee sentiment are constructed in such a way that no negative feedback can be left Hybrid or in office is required, no option for full remote If you happen to be full remote, there is no upward mobility possible for you, period. Excessive workload Not very good benefits

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that workloads can fluctuate from time to time and encourage our associates to have conversations with their leadership teams for support. Our organization regularly reviews market rates to ensure our compensation rates are competitive. We also strive to offer work life balance along with growth opportunities. We believe our hybrid model is the right blend of at-home days to support flexibility, and in-office days to support team collaboration. Regarding your other comments, we take feedback like this seriously, and I encourage you to reach out to me or another supervisor to discuss your concerns further.
