The skills associates gain in the Rapid Resolution role serve as the foundation for promotional opportunities and a successful career in Automobile Claims Liability and Litigation. Since the Rapid Resolution role is viewed as an entry-level position in the Claims profession, it’s overtime-eligible, and overtime is paid for qualifying time worked.
