      Part-time position- took much, much longer for full time position to open up than was told at hire. Hard to move up in or out of department.

While I’m not sure when you worked with us, I do recognize that our rate of posting and hiring for new positions did slow down for a while as we evaluated how the COVID-19 pandemic would impact us.
