Pros

- Strong company that is transparent about financials - Good benefits, health, vision, dental, 401k matching - A lot of interesting work is available, as long as you can get assigned to it

Cons

- Strict in-office only, "flexible" on Mon/Fri for now - Micro-management heavy - Used to pay competitively, but has fallen behind the times - High turnover, more people leaving than joining - Hostile co-workers and management

I appreciate your thoughtful comments and am glad to understand the aspects of your role you enjoy. Please know I hear your concerns as well. I encourage you to talk with your manager or an HR representative about any situations involving a hostile work environment—we don’t tolerate that here. As associates continue to come back to the office, we understand teams may need to go through some adjustments. We’re here to support you as you go through that transition. While we know there’s a place for remote work and intend to keep that as part of our hybrid model, we know in-person collaboration is important to our relationships with one another. I encourage you to continue sharing your feedback with us as we’re always looks for opportunities to improve. Jim Frank – Chief Information Officer

Pros

Multiple office locations across the country Hybrid system for those that like to be in office

Cons

Poor communication Low pay compared to other industry positions Software is old and outdated Positions that are typically salary are hourly based Most "surveys" to gauge employee sentiment are constructed in such a way that no negative feedback can be left Hybrid or in office is required, no option for full remote If you happen to be full remote, there is no upward mobility possible for you, period. Excessive workload Not very good benefits

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that workloads can fluctuate from time to time and encourage our associates to have conversations with their leadership teams for support. Our organization regularly reviews market rates to ensure our compensation rates are competitive. We also strive to offer work life balance along with growth opportunities. We believe our hybrid model is the right blend of at-home days to support flexibility, and in-office days to support team collaboration. Regarding your other comments, we take feedback like this seriously, and I encourage you to reach out to me or another supervisor to discuss your concerns further.
