      Mutual company that invests in themselves. Manageable growth. Stability. Work life balance.

      Cons

      Bigger than they used to and can be a little slow to move/change. Fell behind on wages and benefits as of recently.

      on call sucks so bad, more flexible work from home schedule would be nice
