      Pros

      None. Work there if you want to quit in less than a couple months or get laid off.

      Cons

      Horrible upper management. The new CEO Dirk van den Boom does not care about anyone but himself. Mass company layoff. The environment is so dry they hire dry people. The recruiter has a horrible attitude.

      Pros

      The people who work here are truly a pleasure to work with. The Site Director and upper management always made me feel appreciated and truly listened to my input on important projects and decisions in my area of expertise.

      The pay was about average

      Pros

      It was a stable role however the opportunities to advance were limited within the business. Onsite parties were fun.

      Cons

      There wasn’t a lot of corporate culture like other businesses. No padres games or outings. Just parties onsite.
