Pros

Great Potential in niche Mortgage Field Service market. Many really smart people working there. Most ground level employees happy to help you learn what you don't know and make it worth coming to work every day.

Cons

Zero Transparency. No Top Down Communication. Rarely got straight answers. Low pay for jobs performed comparatively. Culture does not foster creativity but stifles it. Thinking outside of the box was not readily encouraged. Culture was one of fear of the Clients rather than actively partnering with clients to help manage, and improve their book of properties serviced.

There are real learning opportunities depending on which team you land on; some have strong collaboration and solid team dynamics.

Cons

- Management visibility varies across teams; in analytical roles especially, there's often a disconnect between what the team delivers and what leadership tracks. - Career progression lacks clarity, and employees are expected to largely advocate for themselves. - Managers don't always actively support your growth or have your back when it matters. - The internal environment can be quite political.
