Pros

- In the cloud-first era, ServiceNow started the cloud services from an early stage, and the business is expected to expand further in the future. Also, the prodcut has matured and there are no competitors in the same business sector. - With one platform, there are many collaborations with other companies' products, and there are opportunities to learn the technology of different products, so I think that it is an environment where you can grow very much as a technical consultant. - It has an open corporate culture and you can easily talk with anyone. With a flexible working style, all employees, especially in COVID-19, every employee is avaliable to remote work. - A fulfilling training system. A series of training courses are available for those who are completely new to ServiceNow platform.

Cons

- Business is mainly in the US and Australia, most of the products and training courses are in English, and I would like more support for local languages.

Pros

ServiceNow had a differentiated platform and products. Early on the culture had a startup energy that was rare for a company this size collaborative teams, ownership, and a sense that people actually cared about outcomes. Working with large enterprise customers on complex workflows was interesting work.

Cons

The ServiceNow I joined was a different company. As headcount increased, so did the bureaucracy, layers, and friction that rewarded politics over execution. The layoffs of the last few years were handled poorly little transparency, inconsistent communication, and decisions that felt made far above with little thought for the people affected. The "cost optimization" messaging rang hollow against continued executive spending. For a company that sells workflow and people process tools, the irony of a chaotic RIF wasn't lost on anyone in the field or on customers. Leadership political dynamics were real. The right team, the right manager you had cover. Performance alone didn't protect you.
